Aunt Lynne's Famous Pumpkin Bread

With farm fresh eggs and vegetable oil, this easy quick bread stays moist for days.

Mix the eggs, with oil and sugar and beat with an electric mixer to combine.

Use Libby's pumpkin purée, (not pumpkin pie filling) to make the pumpkin quick bread.

Mix the pumpkin into the egg mixture until smooth.

Combine the dry ingredients and spice mixture. Whisk to thoroughly combine.

The batter will be thick and fragrant.

Ladle the batter into prepared loaf pans.

Let the pumpkin bread cool, slice and enjoy!
