Easy DIY Cinnamon Sugar Candied Almonds

These easy candied almonds need only 7 ingredients and area ready to eat in 30 minutes. 

You'll love these cinnamon roasted almonds because they aren't sticky or greasy. The key is using an egg white as the glue for the sugar and spice mixture.

Combine the egg white and vanilla in a bowl and whisk until the egg is very frothy and light. 

Add the raw almonds to the egg white mixture & toss until well coated. The nuts should be tacky. 

Add a mix of cinnamon, sugar, sea salt,  & cayenne pepper to the nuts to make sugared almonds. 

Spread the cinnamon almonds on a baking sheet lined w/parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes. 

Flip the nuts halfway through baking, then spread in a single layer & bake for 10 more minutes. 

Candied almonds crisp as they cool. Store in an airtight container. 

Sugared almonds with cinnamon spice are a tasty snack & easy to make.
