Quick & Easy  Herb Crusted  Grilled Lamb Kebabs

This simple recipe is perfect for Spring and Summer meals. The marinade makes it so good.

The fresh garlic and herb marinade starts with rosemary, thyme, parsley and mint, with lemon zest.

Finely chop the herbs and garlic and add salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes and lemon zest. Add oil.

Marinate the lamb for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight for fuller flavor.

To assemble the kebabs, thread the marinated meat onto skewers.

Grill on a hot grill for 8-12 minutes or until the kebabs are cooked to your liking.

The lamb kebabs smell so good while they're cooking and they're so easy to make. About 8 minutes for medium rare 12 minutes for more well done.

Let the lamb kebabs rest on a cutting board before serving. Serve on a skewer.

This is a great meal for warmer weather & perfect for Easter or Mother's Day.
