Cream Together

Make sure the butter is at room temperature and beat it with the sugars, then add the egg yolks one at a time, beating until smooth.

Add the mint extract to the sugar and in a separate bowl whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, salt and leaveners.

Combine the butter mixture with the cocoa mixture and refrigerate the dough.

Form the dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar.

Press your thumb into the center of the balls & bake.

While the cookies bake chop the Andes Mints & unwrap the Hershey's Kisses.

Top the cookies while they're still hot from the oven with the candies, so they get melty.
