How To Make Healthy Broccoli Frittatas

Here's a healthy breakfast idea that's quick and easy to make and will keep you satisfied all morning long.

Start with fresh broccoli florets, steamed for 2 minutes in the microwave.

Sauté onions in a small skillet until tender and lightly browned.

Whisk eggs in a bowl until light and frothy, then add the rest of the ingredients.

This healthy veggie frittata has sweet roasted peppers, broccoli and onions with oregano, crushed red pepper & cheddar cheese.

Pour the broccoli frittata into a hot skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and cook until the edges of the eggs are set.

Finish baking the veggie frittata in a hot oven until the eggs are puffy and set.

Transfer the frittata to a platter and slice into wedges to serve.
