How To Make Healthy Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

This easy mashed cauliflower recipe gets its amazing flavor from roasted garlic and it couldn't be simpler to make.

Just add olive oil and salt to a cut head of garlic and roast for 30-40 minutes wrapped in tin foil. The garlic gets soft and caramelized, like butter.

While the garlic roasts, cut a head of cauliflower into smaller florets.

Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.

Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor.

Add the roasted garlic and fresh thyme with a little kosher salt.

Pulse the cauliflower in the food processor until smooth and creamy.
