How To Make The Best Pumpkin Blondies

This pumpkin blondie recipe is the perfect fall dessert with real pumpkin, seasonal spices, toasted pecans & toffee chips. 

Cream the butter and sugar together, then add eggs one at a time and blend until smooth. 

Add pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree.

Add the flour mixture and beat just until there are no dry bits left in the pumpkin blondie batter.

Stir in the toffee brickle chips and toasted chopped pecans to the blondie batter. Mix well.

Spread the batter evenly into a half sheet pan and sprinkle with extra toffee chips and toasted pecans.

Bake the pumpkin blondies for 45-55 minutes at 325° F. Cool and slice into pumpkin bar cookies.
