You'll love this moist, flavorful key lime cake with a boozy lime-rum syrup.

To make the bundt cake start w/sugar, butter, flour, Instant pudding &  oil. Mix until crumbly and sandy.

Add eggs and milk and blend with a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Stir in key lime zest and golden rum to the lime cake batter & pour into a prepared cake pan.

While the bundt cake bakes, make the lime rum syrup w/ key lime zest and juice, butter, sugar & rum.

Pour syrup over the cake, cover with plastic wrap & let the cake rest overnight to soak up the flavors.
