How To Make The Best Rosemary Garlic Wings for Game Day

Start with fresh chicken wings and cut them into drums and flats. Use the tips to make a chicken stock later on.

Combine chopped fresh rosemary, lemon zest, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper & olive oil for the marinade.

Transfer the wings to a plastic bag and add the marinade.
