It's easy to make homemade granola clusters w/rolled oats & a few other ingredients.

Wheat germ adds a boost of nutrition to the granola clusters recipe.

Flax seed, toasted walnuts and almond butter give the honey and oats granola texture & flavor.

Dried apples add pops of sweet-tart flavor with a chewy texture.

Toast the walnuts in the oven and roughly chop them on a cutting board.

Heat the almond butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and honey in a pan.

Combine the rolled oats, wheat germ, flax and toasted walnuts in a bowl.

Add the almond butter mixture with chopped dried apple & raisins.

Press the granola mixture into a layer in a sheet pan lined with parchment.

Bake the oats and honey granola in a 300° oven for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.

Break the granola into bite-sized clusters and transfer to a container.
