¼cuplow-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
Make The Asian Sauce
In a small bowl, combine ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons ponzu sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon grated ginger and 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice. Whisk to combine and set aside.
Make the Ahi Tuna Poke
In a medium bowl, combine 1 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, ¼ english cucumber¼ cup red onion, ½ cup shelled edamame, 2 green onions and toss to combine. Drizzle half of the sauce mixture over the tuna and toss to coat.
Transfer the tuna poke to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with sprinkle cilantro leaves, 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds and 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds. Serve the remaining sauce in a small bowl for drizzling or dipping, and serve with plantain chips or fried wonton strips on the side for scooping up. Or spoon into lettuce leaf boats for a low-carb treat.
