A soft, spreadable flavored cream cheese seasoned with spicy horseradish. Use this flavored cream cheese on bagels, sandwiches, crackers, or for crudite.

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
In a food processor, combine
8 ounces cream cheese
,
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
,
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
,
½ teaspoon kosher salt
, and
¼ teaspoon black pepper
.
Process until the ingredients are well combined, scraping down the sides several times so every ingredient is blended in.
Transfer the horseradish cheese to a bowl and stir in
1 tablespoon chopped chives
.
Notes
Use as a spread for bagels, sandwiches, crackers or crostini. Horseradish cheese is also a good topping for crudité.
