In a pitcher combine 1¼-1½ cups rhubarb syrup, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 cup water. Stir to combine and refrigerate until chilled.
Garnish with ½ cup strawberries and 1 lemon, sliced . To serve, pour the lemonade into ice-filled glasses, garnish with 4 stalks rhubarb (optional) and serve.
