Inside: From lavender lemon drops to strawberry bellinis and pink flamingos, this flirty lineup of spring brunch cocktails is just what your Easter gathering needs—fresh, festive, and made for sipping in style.
Easter Brunch Cocktails
Brunch: A socially acceptable excuse for day drinking–honestly, we’re fine with it.
Easter might be all about egg hunts and chocolate bunnies for the kids, but there's no reason the adults can't get in on the Easter-themed fun. Whether frothy or foamy, sparkling or still, Brunch cocktails can put an extra exclamation point on your holiday celebration.
From bubbly classics to spring-inspired sips, I pow-wowed with my fellow food bloggers to come up with the perfect selection of drinks to pair with everything from cinnamon rolls and muffins to ham and eggs, because hydration is essential (wink).
These libations were made for celebrating Easter—in style.
So rim that glass in sugar and garnish with a sprig of something fancy. Cheers!

That’s awesome, thanks for the link!
I’ll have one of each please!! They all look so pretty and just how I’d like to be brunching.
Not only are all of these cocktails gorgeous, they all sound so amazing, it’s hard to choose which to make first. I just hosted a Spring brunch and mimosas “get together” at my house this past weekend and my girlfriends and I had a wonderful time. I think I should do it monthly and I’ll start by picking a cocktail from this wonderful round up! Thanks Lisa!
Well isn’t this a GREAT collection of drinks. I love the the Island Bunny. For sure my guests would be totally impressed if I served any of these. Chances are…brunch will turn into dinner. They won’t want to leave.
That’s always a risk, isn’t it, Gloria?
So many gorgeous cocktails…so little time! Gosh Lisa, I don’t know where to start with this gorgeous lineup. And what a great idea to round these up, just in time for Easter planning. Thanks for the inspiration!
I really need to start serving cocktails at brunch again! These recipes look delicious… thank you so much for the inspiration. I can not wait to try a few!
I love a brunch cocktail — and a nap afterwards…
A socially acceptable excuse for day drinking – LOVE IT! I pinned this collection because I’ve got to try at least a few of these cocktails. Terrific round-up!
What a gorgeous round up, Lisa! And was a fabulous idea for a round up to begin with. Brunch cocktails shouldn’t stop at Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas. I mean, I love them both, but after going through this post I’m really feeling like I need to host brunch and make one of these beauties. Thanks so much for including my spiked hibiscus iced tea 🙂
Ooh, such a wonderful collection of cocktails! I especially love the color of that blackberry lemon mint julep. Definitely the perfect way to celebrate!
so many great ideas and the pictures are so lovely! Thanks for featuring my Bungled Negroni 🙂
I love the glass for that, Renana — where did you find it?
